Michelle Harpur, originally from South Africa, now lives with my husband and young
son in Johns Creek, GA. She has been making jewelry for
many years, with her favorite media being sterling silver, freshwater
pearls, leather and other natural elements. The pieces are all hand cut,
filed and brushed and then hand stamped with words or names of your
choice. It's meant to be personal and meaningful and to inspire
gratitude. You can see more of her work at www.puregratitude.net.
We are just 2 short weeks away from our fall sale. Every one is slowly but surely coming along with projects to share with the public. In the next few weeks, we hope to share photos of what will be for sale from each vendor.
If you are a vendor and you are reading this, please get your photos to Alice ASAP!
We are so excited about this sale, and can't wait to meet and mingle with new faces.
The sale will be accepting, cash and credit card, and local checks only.
We have set the date for the Little Red Barn Fall sale!
It is set for Saturday, November 17. We will be having this
sale at the same time that the city of Norcross will be having the "Harvest Market and Art Show" in Thrasher Park. The Little Red Barn Sale will be participating along with this show. We will advertise and be represented down at the park to draw people to our sale back at my house on North Peachtree Street. Advertising will be encouraging the idea of gift-giving for the upcoming holidays. Furniture will also be available even though that seems to do best in the Spring sale.
I have been emailing several of you who are interested in being a
vendor at the sale. I have not forgotten about you!! Here at the beginning of August, my daughter is settling at college and
my sister and I are starting up in a new booth at a local antique mall.
The Little Red Barn Sale will be getting organized starting at the beginning of September.
We will have a button that we can all put on facebook,
and other media places as well to advertise for the sale.
Alice is the host of The Little Red Barn Sale. She has always been busy with her hands, and rarely finds an art or craft she doesn’t enjoy. Bringing old furniture to life became a passion when she moved into her first little home in Norcross and she’s been rescuing and resuscitating furniture and home accessories since.
Here is just a small handful of what Alice will have at the sale
We are all very busy getting ready for the sale to start tomorrow!
Can't wait to see you all there, in the meantime we will be posting sneak peaks through out the day.
